DUI School

 

 

 

 

 

We offer State Certified and Court Approved Courses For License Reinstatement.

If you were arrested after July 1, 2003, you should first have an Assessment/ Evaluation to determine which class you will need.

 

Assessment or Evaluation    $175 

The Assessment/Abuse Evaluation is the first step in order to get your license back.  The individual meets one-on-one with a state-certified assessor for an in-depth personal interview. The assessor administers a series of objective tests to determine where the client stands in regard to alcohol and drug use.  The length of an assessment takes approximately two hours.

10 Hour D.U.I. School    $150

Roadback Inc. provides a 10 hour Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse in Lawton, OK  The courses provide information on the effects of alcohol and drugs to a person's physical and psychological well being. These classes are held over a three day period and once successfully completed, students are on their way to license reinstatement.  A student has 30 days to complete and pay for the course in order to receive a certificate of completion. The 10 hour school consists of three (3) different days of three and one-half hours classes scheduled on weekends.

 

24-Hour D.U.I. School   $360

This is a six week course meeting twice a week. The classes are on a continuous rotation, which enables enrollment to begin at the student's convenience.   State law stipulates you can attend no more than two classes a week, making it a total of 4 hours a week for six weeks.

 

Outpatient Counseling     Group $25 per group session     

Roadback Inc.has outpatient treatment facilities committed to providing a better understanding of addiction and recovery.  The interactive counseling sessions allow clients to share and discuss problems resulting from issues regarding substance use & abuse, chemical dependency, anger management, domestic violence, custody and life skills.

 

 

 

Oklahoma's Drunk Driving Law:

 

  • Anyone who registers a blood alcohol concentration of .049 and above on an approved breath testing device is subject to a DWI charge.

 

  • Anyone who registers a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or above on an approved breath testing device is subject to a DUI charge and a 180-day driver's license revocation.

 

  • Anyone who refuses to submit to a breath or blood test is subject to a 180-day revocation of their driver's license for up to 3 years. 

 

  • Some convictions of persons arrested for driving under the influence can result in a year or more of mandatory prison time. In the event incarceration does not occur, the offender can be sentenced to 10 days of community service, or undergo at least 48 hours of in-patient rehabilitation treatment.

 

  • Persons under age 18 found to have committed their first drug or alcohol offense involving possession, use or abuse of alcohol or controlled substances may have their driver's license removed by the court until age 21 years.

 

  • Persons under the age of 21 who misrepresent their age in writing, or present false documentation to obtain alcohol, will have their driver's license suspended for one year or until age 21, whichever is longer.

 

  • Persons under age 21 caught entering a package store or designated bar area face suspension of their driver's license for one year or until age 21, whichever time is longer.
