Adolescent Counseling
In November 2008 Roadback Inc. expanded its out-patient substance abuse counseling center to include adolescent substance abuse counseling services for persons aged 12 years to young adulthood.
Adolescent Counseling Services includes: substance abuse assessment and referral to appropriate level of treatment, out-patient substance abuse individual, family, or group counseling. All services are provided by licensed substance abuse counselors.
Reimbursement:
Medicaid--The Out-patient Substance Abuse Counseling Center accepts Medicaid reimbursement.
Private Pay Rates-- (see "fees" page of this web site)
Private Insurance Reimbursement-- We do not accept private insurance other than Oklahoma Medicaid.
Sliding Scale Fees and Free Counseling--Although we are contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide out-patient counseling for persons who meet poverty guidelines; we have exhausted our contract limit for out-patient counseling for this fiscal year and we are unable to accept individuals from that payment source.
